Baked Bacon Potato Wedge Tapas Recipe

A delicious potato tapa recipe with spicy dipping sauce.

Ingredients

4 small potatoes cut into wedges
10 bacon cut it half
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of garlic powder

For dipping sauce:
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp hot sauce

Directions

Roll the bacon around the potato wedges.

Preheat oven 400F and baked for 40 minutes, turning at about the half way mark to brown both sides.

For dipping sauce mix together sour cream and hot sauce.
