Banana Mousse Recipe

This banana mousse recipe can easily be a dairy free recipe by using almond or coconut milk with tasty results.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons milk (regular, almond or coconut)
2 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 medium banana, cut in quarters
1 cup plain yogurt
8 slices bananas, 1/4 inch
(Serves 4)

Directions

Note: this can easily be a dairy free recipe by using almond or coconut milk with tasty results.

Place milk, sugar, vanilla, and banana in blender.

Blend on high until smooth.

Pour mixture into a small bowl; fold in yogurt.

Chill for 1 hour.

Serve in individual glass bowls garnished with banana slices.
