Berry Mousse Recipe

This refreshing berry mousse can be made with any type of berry you would like. It is a light refreshing dessert.
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup heavy cream
(Makes 2 servings)
In a blender or food processor, puree the berries.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together. Add the berry puree and mix in.
Put your mixing bowl and beaters into the freezer for 15 minutes.
Pour the heavy cream into the chilled mixing bowl and beat until you have reached the perfect consistency.
Fold the whipped cream into berry mixture.
Put into serving bowls, garnish with fruit if desired.
