Easy Baked Chicken Legs Recipe

Serve these crispy grilled chicken legs over vegetables.
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon grape seed oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Into a large mixing bowl, place chicken and barbecue sauce, Toss to evenly coat chicken.
Arrange pepper, onion and garlic over a large baking sheet
Place chicken pieces in a single layer over top of vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and crispy.
