Grilled Zucchini Recipe

Soft and tender.

Ingredients

1 zucchini, washed and sliced into thin rounds
1/3 cup olive oil
cracked pepper and sea salt

Directions

Wash and slice your zucchini into thin rounds.

Put zuccini in bowl, and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper.

Mix and coat.

A couple ways to cook these yummy morsels:

Grilled: Cook on each side on high heat for 2-3 minutes being careful not to drop them through the grates.

Bake: Spread onto baking sheet and bake at 375F for 20 minutes.

Saute: Saute in a frying pan, turning often. Add a bit of extra oil if needed so soften.
