High Protein Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe

A great post-workout smoothie recipe or if you are in a pinch for time.

Ingredients

1 banana
1 heaping spoon of peanut butter
1 heaping spoon of chocolate vegan protein (or any kind you like)
1/2 cup of rice milk
4 ice cubes

Directions

Blend everything in a high power blender until creamy.
