Orange Glaze For Cake Recipe

This orange glaze recipe makes a nice thick glaze that you can use on cakes, cheesecakes and other desserts.
1/3 cup concentrated orange juice
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons butter
Makes approximately 2 cups of glaze
In a small pot on low heat add water, concentrated orange juice, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Whisk continually for about 5 to 8 minutes or until mixture has thickened.
Remove from heat and add butter, whisk till incorporated.
As mixture cools it will become like a jelly, re-heat on low heat to bring back to a pourable form.
